Beauty Input will offer a sixty-day limited warranty on all IPL’s sold through our site/ company only. The sixty days start from the day of shipment. You will need proof of purchase. This warranty only covers manufacturer defects. Issues and damage to the IPL brought about from the customer’s misuse or mishandling of the IPL is not covered by this warranty. You are required to follow the troubleshoot guide included in your owner’s manual before you attempt to use this warranty. If you attempt the suggestions in the troubleshoot section of your owner’s manual and are still unable to rectify the issue with your IPL device on your own, you may contact us at info@beautyinput.com to start the warranty process. When you contact us please include your name, address, and proof of purchase. In your email explain in detail what the issue is with the IPL include any video or pictures to help with your explanation. Your proof of purchased will be examined to make sure you are still within the sixty day time frame. If you are outside of those sixty days your warranty claim will be denied and you will be financially responsible for all repairs or replacement of your device. If your warranty claim is approved, you are responsible for the shipping costs to our warehouse. If it is determined by our manufacturer that the IPL is not functioning properly because of consumer/ customer misuse or mishandling, the warranty claim will be null in void. Your IPL will be shipped back to you as is and you will be responsible for replacement or repair costs. Any IPL’s shipped to our warehouse without authorization can be shipped back to you at your expense. Otherwise, it will be discarded, you will not be refunded, and your IPL will not be repaired. Do not ship without authorization. Please contact us first at info@beautyinput.com and follow the sixty-day limited warranty process as laid out for you in this warranty policy. Our sixty-day warranty is limited to this warranty policy, sixty days starting from the day of shipment, only IPL’s sold through our company (Beauty Input/ www.beautyinput.com) are covered by this warranty. Failure to follow the instructions set out by this warranty policy will result in your warranty claim being denied.
