Import and Custom Duties/ Fees
Beauty Input is not responsible for import or custom duties required of you once your order reaches your designated country. Please do know the laws concerning import and custom duties specific to your country before you place an order.
Shipping and Handling Times
During these trying times (the pandemic/ covid 19), we ask for your patience in receiving your package. Please allow up to 7 business days for handling and 7 business days for shipping. We want to remind you that you can always track your order as tracking is provided for free. You can also contact us at email@example.com with any questions regarding your order we are always happy to help. We do not accept P.O. Box orders.
AC Power Adaptor and Socket Type.
All IPL systems are shipped with an interchangeable variable AC power adaptor (100-240V) That includes US plug type A, European plug type C and United Kingdom plug type G
If you have not received your order yet. Double check your tracking information to make sure it is being reported as delivered. If it is being reported as delivered but you do not have it, contact the shipping courier (FED-EX or DHL) to sort things out. You may have to file a claim and we will be happy to help if you need that. Beauty Input is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged orders sent to incorrect or invalid addresses. Please make sure you put the correct address in the order form. *Shipping times are subject to stock availability and exclude clearance/customs delays.
Returns are generally not accepted. The only time returns are accepted is if there is a manufacturer defect. You have 7 days to report the problem to us via email. In the email, please include a picture of the problem and explain in a few sentences what lead up to the issue. For example, when you pressed the power button the display may not have lit up. Before you contact us feel free to check out the trouble shooting portion of the manual for detailed help. You may find that you can solve your own problem. If the troubleshooting guide is not helpful and the issue persist go ahead and contact us via email. If your return request is accepted by us, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We will email you on what to do next.
